We will endeavour to confirm and despatch your order within 48 hours of receipt. If we foresee any problems in the timely delivery of your goods we will contact you by the fastest assumed means you make available to us at registration.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please advise us immediately with your contact details or call us on 01273 682845 and we will assess the best way to deal with the damaged items and, if required, arrange for a replacement.

Where Goods are purchased via the internet, by mail order or by phone or fax, the Buyer has the right, in addition to any other rights, to cancel the Goods and receive a credit by informing the Seller in writing or by email within 5 working days of receipt of the Goods. 

Goods must be returned at the Buyer's cost and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. Please wrap the items very securely, giving full details of the action required. The Buyer shall receive a credit of all monies paid for the Goods except for return postal charges (unless a full refund was otherwise agreed as a condition of the sale). For a full credit, goods must be returned unused, in the original packaging and not damaged in any way.

Alternatively you may return goods directly to our store. Please note that items bought in the store are not subject to refund unless faulty.
