Delivery costs are charged as priced on each order. Where goods are in stock we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt (orders placed on a Friday afternoon or weekend will be despatched the next working day), occasionally, where timing allows, orders may be despatched on the day of receipt. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched you will be charged for delivery and the cost of return postage.
All Goods, wherever possible, will be delivered within 14 days of the order being placed and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. If the Buyer has not received the goods within 14 days of the postal date, InHouse Space must be contacted in writing by the 15th day of the postal date for investigation.
The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date stated for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Some goods may not be in stock at the time the order is placed. In the event that the Seller is unable to deliver the goods within 14 days, the Seller will contact the Buyer to advise of the situation and the Buyer shall be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund or agree a later delivery date.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point or arrange a further delivery. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on further attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays.
We will only deliver goods to the address given on the order and, whilst we will endeavour to sort out any problems resulting, we cannot take responsibility for incorrect delivery instructions.
Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.
